Who we are

WISVERA is a technology and digital solutions business based in Pakistan, operated by its founder, Abdullah Sudais. In this policy, "WISVERA", "we", "us" and "our" mean that business.

The short version

• This website has no user accounts, takes no payments and has no newsletter.
• The contact form does not send your details to us. It opens WhatsApp with your message ready, and nothing reaches us until you press send there.
• We use what you send only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about.
• We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
• The website uses no analytics and sets no cookies.

What we collect and why

The contact form asks for your name, email address, the service you are interested in and a description of your project. Company and budget are optional. When you send the message in WhatsApp, we receive those details along with the name and phone number on your WhatsApp account. The same applies when you message us directly on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook. We use this to reply, to understand what you need, to prepare a proposal and, if we agree to work together, to set up the project.

Like any website, ours is delivered by a server that receives your IP address, your browser and device type, the page you asked for, the page that linked to it and the time. Our hosting provider uses this to deliver pages, keep the site secure and find faults. We do not use it to work out who you are.

We do not ask for sensitive information. Please do not put passwords, payment card details, national identity numbers or health information in a message.

Our reasons for using it

We use your information only when we have a reason to:

• to reply to an enquiry, because you asked us to
• to prepare a proposal or agreement, because you asked us to take that step
• to run the website and keep it secure, because it cannot work safely otherwise
• to meet a legal obligation, when the law of Pakistan requires us to keep or disclose information

We collect only what these purposes need, and we will not use your information for an unrelated purpose without asking you first.

The contact form and WhatsApp

Your browser checks the form and then opens WhatsApp with your message filled in. The website does not send your details to a WISVERA server, and it does not save them in a database, a cookie or your browser’s storage. If you close WhatsApp without sending, we receive nothing.

WhatsApp is run by Meta. Once you use it, WhatsApp handles your message under its own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control. Messages sent on Instagram or Facebook are covered by Meta’s privacy policy.

Who else handles your information

• Meta, which runs WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, carries the messages you send us through those services.
• Our hosting provider serves the website and processes the technical information described above.
• A court, regulator or law enforcement authority, only when the law requires it, for example under a valid order or request made under the laws of Pakistan.
• A professional adviser, such as a lawyer or accountant, when we need their advice, and only as much as they need.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising tools and sets no cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy before it is switched on, and explain the tool, what it collects and how to opt out.

Where your information is processed

We are based in Pakistan, and we read and answer messages there. Meta, our hosting provider run their services in many countries, so your information may be stored or processed outside Pakistan and outside the country where you live. Each protects it under its own safeguards, described in its privacy policy. We use established providers and share only what each service needs.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries and the conversations that follow: up to 24 months after our last contact with you. Then we delete them, unless a project agreement with you requires us to keep them longer or the law requires it.
• Project records, if we work together: for as long as the project agreement says.
• Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own policy.

Messages you sent also stay in your own WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook account until you delete them there.

How we protect it

The website is served only over HTTPS and uses security headers that limit which scripts can run. It keeps no database of form submissions. We protect the accounts and devices we use to reply and limit access to the people who need it to answer you.

No system is completely secure. If we learn of a security problem that affects your information, we will tell you and explain what we are doing about it.

Your rights and choices

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• tell you whether we hold information about you, and give you a copy
• correct anything that is wrong or incomplete
• delete it, unless a project agreement or the law requires us to keep it
• stop contacting you

To make a request, message us on WhatsApp at +92 322 0703290 or by email at contact@wisvera.com. We may ask you to confirm it is you, for example by writing from the number or address you used before. Requests are free. We will tell you when we have dealt with your request, or explain why we cannot, for example because the law requires us to keep something.

The law where you live may give you further rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority there.

Children

This website is for businesses and adults. It is not aimed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

When the website or the way we handle information changes, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. A significant change, such as adding analytics or a new way of collecting information, will be published here before it takes effect.
