WISVERA INTELLIGENCE
Smarter AI. Real business impact.
Chatbots, assistants, agents and knowledge systems, plus generative AI workflows for images and video.
Start a ProjectAI should do more than generate answers.
WISVERA designs AI systems that can understand information, retrieve knowledge, assist people and connect to business workflows. Chatbots, assistants and agents use approved knowledge through RAG and AI search. Custom integrations and content systems connect that work to your product, including image and video generation with human review.

Who INTELLIGENCE is for
- Repeated questions
- Support or sales staff who answer the same questions from the same documents every day.
- Hard-to-find knowledge
- Policies, manuals and past work spread across folders and chat threads that people cannot search by meaning.
- Products that could be smarter
- A website or application that could add search, summaries or an assistant to what it already does.

Responsible AI
Security
Your data stays inside systems you control.
Privacy
We agree what the system may see before it sees it.
Access Control
An assistant answers only from what that user is allowed to read.
Reliability
Grounded in your sources, so answers can be checked.
Human Oversight
People stay in the loop where a wrong answer would cost something.
What a first AI project includes
One narrow job
A written description of what the assistant should and should not answer, and when it hands over to a person.
A cleaned source set
The approved documents it may use, each with an owner, so contradictions are settled before the assistant learns from them.
A test set and review
Real questions, including ones the documents cannot answer, scored before more people get access.
Access rules
Which roles can see which sources, checked with separate test accounts.
INTELLIGENCE questions, answered
A chatbot answers questions in a conversation. An assistant also helps with tasks such as drafting or finding information. An agent can use tools, for example to look up a record or create a task, within limits you set. Each step up adds capability and risk, so we usually start with answering before adding actions.
Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) means the system first finds relevant passages in your approved documents, then a language model writes an answer from them. It lets the assistant answer from your material and point to its sources instead of relying only on what the model learned in training. It reduces wrong answers but does not remove them, which is why testing matters.
Yes. Any language model can produce a fluent answer that is wrong or unsupported. Grounding in your sources, showing citations, testing with awkward questions and a clear handover to a person all reduce the risk. None of them removes it, and we will not promise otherwise.
How to test an AI assistantIt depends on the design. Some setups send text to a hosted model provider, while others can keep more on infrastructure you control. We map the data path and agree what the system may see before building, and an assistant should only answer from what the person asking is allowed to read.
One narrow job, a set of approved documents and a person who owns them. If you are not sure where to begin, an Advisory conversation can help you choose the first job.
