These terms set the rules for using the WISVERA website. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Who we are
WISVERA is a technology and digital solutions business based in Pakistan, operated by its founder, Abdullah Sudais. In these terms, "WISVERA", "we", "us" and "our" mean that business.
You can reach us about anything in these terms on WhatsApp at +92 322 0703290 or by email at contact@wisvera.com.
Using the website
You can browse the website and read the guides free of charge and without an account, for your own information or your organisation’s internal use.
We may change, update, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time. We try to keep it available but cannot promise that it always will be.
Information on the website
Everything on the website is general information. Service descriptions explain the kind of work we do. They are not an offer, a quotation or a promise of availability, price, timing or results.
The guides on the Insights pages are there to help you plan. They are not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice for your situation, so check anything important before you rely on it.
We try to keep the website accurate and current, but some information may be out of date or incomplete.
Project work
Contacting us through the form, WhatsApp or social media does not create an agreement or reserve our time.
Each project is governed by its own written proposal or agreement, agreed separately for that project. It sets out the scope, price, payment terms, timeline, ownership of the work, confidentiality and any support. It can be accepted electronically, for example by email or a WhatsApp message, where the document says so.
If a project agreement and these terms disagree, the project agreement applies to that project.
Published work
We publish client work only when the project is real and the client has agreed.
Intellectual property
The WISVERA name, logo and brand, and the website’s design, text, graphics, images and guides, belong to WISVERA or are used with permission.
You may view and print pages for your own use, share links to them and quote short extracts with credit and a link. Please do not copy, republish, sell or adapt the content, or use the WISVERA name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.
Other product and company names on the website, such as the technologies we work with, belong to their owners and appear only to describe our work.
Acceptable use
When you use the website, please do not:
- break any law, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system, or probe or test it for weaknesses without our written permission
- send malware, or do anything that could overload or disrupt the website
- copy the website or its content in bulk by automated means
- use the contact form or our messaging channels to send spam, abuse or anything unlawful
- pretend to be someone else
We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Links to other websites
The website links to services we do not control, including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and the sources cited in our guides. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for what those services contain or do.
No warranties
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promise that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or viruses. Please use your own security software.
Limitation of liability
The website is free to use. As far as the law allows, WISVERA is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or your reliance on its general information, including loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that the law does not allow to be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud, or any right you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.
Liability for project work is governed by the project agreement for that work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Disputes
If you have a concern about the website, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If we cannot resolve it informally, the courts of Pakistan having jurisdiction will decide the dispute.
A project agreement may set its own process for disputes about that project.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version, and the updated terms apply when you use the website after a change. A change does not affect a project agreement already made.
General
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
